The Free Workshop Busy Women Are Calling a Game Changer

Learn what your body needs to feel good this summer, so you have more energy, less bloat, fewer cravings, and a simple plan that works in your day-to-day life.

You just learned the what. Now let's talk about the how.

Knowledge is a great starting point. But if knowing what to do was enough you would already be doing it.

The women I work with are smart. They know vegetables are good for them. They know they need more protein. They know sleep and water matter. And they were still exhausted, still bloated, still starting over every Monday - until they had someone helping them actually apply it in their real life.

That is the difference between information and transformation. And that is what coaching is for.

"Sweet cravings are gone. My energy is great. I feel SO much better. Even on days that were really emotional I still wanted to find protein to put in my body. The more consistent I was the more my body wanted it and responded better.

Do it. It will change your life for the better."

A Personalized Approach

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan, we focus on understanding your body, your habits, and what’s actually going to work for you long-term.

Each week, you’ll receive individualized guidance based on your progress, your symptoms, and what you're experiencing in real time. This allows us to make adjustments, build on what’s working, and simplify what feels overwhelming.

You’ll be supported every step of the way as we focus on building habits that improve your energy, metabolism, and overall health — without extreme dieting or rigid rules.

Nutrition coaching is designed to provide consistent guidance and accountability while you build lasting habits.

Investment:

$250 per month
3-month minimum commitment

Many clients choose to continue beyond the first three months as they continue improving their energy, metabolism, and overall health.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. This coaching is not a replacement for medical care, nutrition and lifestyle habits play a huge role in supporting overall health, energy, and how your body functions day-to-day.

Everything inside coaching is personalized, so we adjust based on what you’re experiencing and what your body needs. Many women with different health conditions find that focusing on things like blood sugar balance, protein intake, and nutrient-dense foods can make a meaningful difference in how they feel.

  • No; coaching is designed to fit into your life.

You’ll receive personalized feedback and support each week without set scheduled calls.

  • That’s okay.

You can fill out the application, and we can figure out together if this feels like the right next step for you.

  • Most programs give you a plan and expect you to figure out the rest. This coaching is different because everything is personalized to your body and your specific symptoms.

We focus on identifying what’s actually going on (like blood sugar imbalances, low protein intake, or nutrient gaps) and then using simple nutrition habits and targeted support to help your body function the way it’s meant to.

My approach is rooted in a more ancestral, whole-food way of eating, focusing on nutrient-dense foods and moving away from overly processed, modern diets that often contribute to the issues many women are experiencing.

You’ll also have ongoing accountability and education, so you understand why it works and how to stay consistent long-term.

  • Yes, absolutely. Coaching can be a really helpful complement to GLP-1 medications. While the medication may impact appetite and weight, we focus on making sure your body is still getting the nutrients it needs and that you’re building sustainable habits along the way.

That includes things like prioritizing protein, supporting metabolism, and creating simple meal structure so you feel better now and are set up for long-term success.

  • Many women start noticing improvements in how they feel within the first 1–2 weeks, especially with things like more energy, less cravings, less bloating and overall stability throughout the day.

Some women also notice improvements in areas like digestion, cycle symptoms, body shape, brain fog and more.

Because everything is personalized, results can look different for everyone, but the goal is to help you start feeling better quickly while building habits that support your body’s natural functions.

Meet Kristin

I'm Kristin Wierenga, founder of Cedar & Sage Co. I live on a farm with sheep, a garden, and a reading pile that is mostly smut novels. I nerd out over ancestral nutrition and I genuinely believe that real food has the power to change how you feel from the inside out.

I teach women the WHY behind food. Not just what to eat, but why your body responds the way it does when you eat it. Because when you understand the why, the how actually sticks.

Here's what I know for sure: we are swimming upstream in a food culture that does not support us. Junk food is everywhere. Convenience food is designed to be addictive. And busy moms are the most vulnerable to all of it because we are exhausted and we do not have time to think.

My job is to help you figure out how to eat well in real life; not in a perfect world, not on a cleanse, not starting Monday. Right now, in the chaos you are already living in.
